"Se Habla Espanol" George is a native Idahoan and has over 26 years experience in Real Estate and is bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish. He started in Real Estate in 1980 and owned his own Real Estate company for 17 years, training over 40 agents during that time period. He also served on the Canyon-Owyhee School service Agency; The Canyon County Planning & Zoning Commission; The Parish council of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Caldwell and served on several committees and boards of the Caldwell Board of Realtors and the Idaho Association of Realtors. He was named "Rookie of the Year" in 1981 by the Caldwell Board of Realtors; President of the Caldwell Board of Realtors in 1983 and 1987, and named "Realtor of the Year" in 1983 & 1992 by the Caldwell Board of Realtors. In 1991-92 George received the national “Quien es Quien” for being recognized as an outstanding Hispanic businessman. He joined the team of Re/Max advantage located near the Idaho Center in Nampa, Id. in 2002 and has never looked back. He is licensed in Idaho and Oregon and specializes in Residential, Income, Land, and Commercial Real Estate. George has the philosophy that if he can help others get what they want and need and has their best interest in mind...then he will get all that he needs in return. He says "It may not always come back to me in dollars and cents...but the lasting relationships I have made during my years in real estate cannot be counted in dollars and cents...they are worth much more than money can buy".
